  • No. On a compatible NFC-enabled phone, the review link opens in the browser. Customers do not need to download a TapReview app.
  • TapReview works with most modern NFC-enabled smartphones. NFC availability and settings can vary by device, and an internet connection is required to open the review page.
  • Each TapReview card is linked to the Google review page you provide before dispatch, so your cards arrive ready to install and use.
  • Each card is configured to the Google review page supplied for your order. If you need to change a link later, contact us and we’ll confirm the best option for your cards.
  • Peel the protective backing from the permanent 3M adhesive and press the card firmly onto a clean, dry table or counter surface.
  • Yes. Our 5, 10 and 20-card packs reduce the cost per card. For 50+ cards or larger rollouts, contact us to discuss a commercial order.
  • Yes. TapReview can support multi-location hospitality groups. Contact us with the number of venues and approximate card quantity so we can help plan the rollout.
  • Yes. TapReview is based in Christchurch and ships throughout New Zealand. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and you provide your Google review link. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–3 business days for urban addresses and 2–5 business days for rural addresses.
